Barrett Yates-Mack

Barrett Yates-Mack is the Chief Financial Officer of Trase, a Red Cell Partners portfolio company. She is also currently the Chief Financial Officer of CrossLead, Inc., a leadership consulting firm focused on increasing adaptability and enhancing organizational performance within dispersed teams in complex environments. Since 2014, and prior to the CrossLead spin-out in 2016, Mrs. Yates-Mack was the CFO at McChrystal Group LLC. For 20 years, Barrett has held executive positions in finance, operations, real estate development, and investing.

Early in her career, Mrs. Yates-Mack worked in investment banking for Merrill Lynch focused on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions for REITs (real estate investment trusts). Mrs. Yates-Mack currently serves on the Board of Directors of multiple non-profits focused on education and hunger-relief. In 2002, she was one of the founding members of Adelante Now, an educational non-profit focused on combating low educational achievement levels in New Mexico. She also sits on the board for a handful of independent midstream and upstream energy companies and from 2019-2021 was on the Executive Board of the MIT Center for Real Estate.

Mrs. Yates-Mack has an MS from MIT and a BA from Cornell University.
